Returns:
Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days! Please email us at: support@ezdeco4u.com to authorize a return. All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping.

Refunds
Don't love your items? No worries! Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days. In order to speed up the process, please give us a heads-up before sending in a return. Email support@ezdeco4u.com to let us know it's coming. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
